At some future date, the city of Boston intends to dismantle the memorial to the Marathon bombings. So Globe photographer Essdras M Suarez photographed every piece of it, in dozens of images that Robert S. Davis digitally stitched together. The result, designed by Robert, ran across a center spread on Sunday, May 12, accompanied by an essay by the Globe’s Mark Feeney. Online, Gabriel Florit of the graphics team concocted a presentation that preserved the impact of the spread. Check out both the essay and the graphic here: http://b.globe.com/10qW5Ja
